Happy Father's Day!!!

Manna Western Food(sp)

Mummy mushroom pot

Ginger chicken soup
Hey there people!!!! How have all of you been doing? Hope that your holiday have been fruitful and amazing so far! So you know that fathers day is soon, what have all of you prepared for your amazing and hardworking fathers? Well, I went to school to buy a delicious western food and serve it to my father as a way to show my appreciation. The above other two dishes are cooked with love from my mum. It is the inspiration from her mother- Ai Choo :)

Actually, to me, I like to think that everyday is Father's and Mother's Day. We have to do our part as loving children to send our warmest thanks and sincere respect to our parents everyday. For without them, you would not be standing here and you would not be in this universe.

Our parents go all out for us, protecting us from the external harms and making sure that we grow and live to be healthy youths, healthy adults.

Nevertheless, Our parents are also always there for us when we needed a listening ear or a shoulder to lean on, they guide us through every painful obstacles and laugh with us at every joyous moment.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my dearest dad, thank you for all that you have done for me. You are amazing!! And of course to my loving mum, I love you too.

To all of you out there, grab this opportunity today, tell your parents how much you love them, show your appreciation to them. Remember, everyday is Fathers and Mothers day so lets all celebrate by making our parents proud and happy!

Thank you for reading this post! Till the next time!
Sincerely, Daphne:)

Hey there people! It had been such a long time since I ever posted anything. But this time, I am bringing an amazing thing for all of you! I am truly amazed and inspired by my talented mother whom always cook spectacular and scrumptious dishes for us.
So, my mother and I came up with this idea to share with all of you her inspired dishes from my loving grandmother- Ai Choo.
Although, I did not get to see her before she passed away, the stories and pictures that my mum showed me over the years is already enough for me to know that she is an amazing and loving grandmother.
My mum have always hoped that me and my brothers will remember our grandmother ,thus she always try to cook up dishes that was passed down from her mother.
Such a beautiful cycle of life, such an amazing way to pass down a true love through dishes. Wow, how I hope I can cook like my mother.
So, as you can see from the above pictures, these are some of the great dishes whipped up by my dearest mother. There is many traditional dishes and healthy vegetarian food. I did asked my mum once, how she came up all these amazing ideas on the spot. All she told me was:" My mind thinks of all the great dish your grandmother cooked for me and whatever I have in the fridge, I try to make the best dish I can."
I am truly grateful for my mother, she never failed to take good care of the family, cooking such wonderful dishes all these years. Umm, her cooked food is the thing that makes me miss home during a camp ( hahaha!!)
To my Grandmother, I really am grateful for your everything! I will continue this very blog posts to pass on your legacy, your name and your love.
Last but not least, I thank you all for reading this post! I will be officially starting these form of posts, do await for more!!!

Till the next time, sincerely, Daphne:)
