Tribute to Mr Lee Kuan Yew

Hi Readers, I thank you for reading this very posts. It is a posts from my heart to pay my deepest respect to my country leader Mr Lee Kuan Yew. I hope that you will hear this and that I want you to know that you will exist in our hearts forever.

I will start this posts by first talking about the pictures I took. The very first one is a tribute poster I put together on behalf of my family. It is a piece of gratitude to show our appreciation and thanks to Mr Lee Kuan Yew for all that he have done. My Dad went to queue up yesterday and managed to place this poster at the Parliament house. This is the least we can do to pay our respect to our great leader. The second picture is the tribute ribbon that my aunt received at her estate area and she gave them to me, I hung them right in front of my table, where I will always see it and remember Mr Lee Kuan Yew. The very last picture is a project that I pasted on my wall for almost 4 years, it is a project on my grandmother, the story of Singapore past and history. It is a piece of project that made me grateful of the changes in Singapore. How Singapore grew to become such a beautiful and united country.

Dear Mr Lee Kuan Yew,
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for Singapore. Since I was a little girl, my mother used to tell me how Singapore used to be, the toilets that they have to used, the bad conditions of the streets, the situation where people were crammed in a small room and that Singapore used to be black and white. But after you came, Singapore changed, you brought in a spectrum and plethora of colours to Singapore.
You gave us a good educational system, you created a united Singapore, you brought people of different races and religion together and you never fail to make Singapore better.
The miracles that happen in Singapore is not because of luck, it is because you worked really hard thus we can taste the fruits of your labour. From being the safest country to one of the most developed country, it is all due to your effort and contribution. I used to take all these for granted, thinking that all these will stay forever, now that I have grown up, I know that we have to cherish what Singapore have and make sure we do our utmost to preserve what Singapore have.
I can never thank you enough for all that you have contributed, but one thing I know for sure is that your positivity and vigour will remain in my heart and mind forever. I hope that you will be able to see how we all love you and am truly sad that you are gone. Thank you for being our leader, our father, our hero and our everything. We have today, tomorrow and a bright future because of you. I really cannot imagine Singapore without you. Thank you for dedicating your life to Singapore.
To the Great Leader, Mr Lee Kuan Yew, I give you my fullest respect.

Sincerely, Daphne.

I hope that all of you will remember how much Mr Lee Kuan Yew have done for Singapore, may all of us think of our great leader all the time and may we continue to stay strong and united as a nation. May we all make him proud :)

Thank you for reading. Once again, Thank you Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

Sincerely, Daphne.
